According to the job specification, this person will sit across legal workflows, technology, AI and transformation.
The remit includes AI-enabled workflow design, LLMs, RAG and agentic systems, build-vs-buy decisions, testing and validation, measuring ROI and driving adoption across the legal organisation.
In other words, Disney isn't only looking for someone who understands the technology.
It wants someone who can make it work inside legal.
